Mount Maunganui Language Centre has a beautiful surf beach just 5 minutes from our school. You can learn to surf, even it is your first time.

Mount Maunganui has two beautiful golf courses, both 5 minutes from our school.  Students can become members of a Club while they are here and enjoy the facilities for a very reasonable fee.

在紐西蘭工作 Experience working in New Zealand

This course is designed for students who come to New Zealand on a working holiday visa.

This course includes 4 weeks Full-Time General English tuition, as well as the following:

• Four one-hour “Working in New Zealand” information sessions. These sessions include information on tax, minimum wages, where to look for a job and tips for job interviews as well as other topics.
• FREE resume preparation. We will create a professional-standard resume in English for you to show prospective employers.
• Job search assistance. We help students find the best resources for looking for work, including local publications, job search agencies, as well as employment websites.

We aim to fully prepare students for study at tertiary level in New Zealand, with a score of Band 6 in the IELTS Test. We recommend a minimum of 12 weeks study. However, the length of study depends on students' entry level and we have found that most students need at least 24 weeks to prepare themselves adequately.

Students will study the structure and functions of English language, in preparation for the Listening, Reading, Academic Writing and Speaking tests. Tests will be given at regular intervals so that students can measure their progress on the IELTS scale.
