說明 Introduction

Chef Yu is an experienced and skillful pastry chef who runs a bakery kitchen where he has trained many people to successfully pass the national bakery certification exam. Also he is an author of several cookbooks specialized in bakery.



Pastry Making Class

Itinerary will be flexible, max 40 persons will be accepted.

Group minimum:  
4 persons 
Every Tuesday at 10.00
Duration: 3 hours
Language: English-speaking tour guide ( other languages on request )

This tour can be also customized any other day of the week for preexisting group or single;  
Cooking school is open from 10.00 to 17.00

We suggest to add this cooking class experience to a half day visit of Taipei.
Reservation has to be done at least 3 days in advance.

⇒ Recipe card;
⇒ A box of pineapple cakes (8pcs) and a box of mung bean pastry (6pcs) to take home;
⇒ All the tools and the ingredients;
⇒ English speaking assistant during the whole cooking class.

All the products contain dairy and egg. Not suitable for vegans.
